Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a global manufacturing client to recruit and hire a Senior CAD Designer in Nashville, TN.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead, direct, and train CAD Team, including designers and drafters.

+ Manage the documentation and design process for new products, ensuring designs are accurate and compliant

+ Create detailed assembly and component drawings using 3D CAD software

+ Perform validation and quality assurance functions to ensure final product meets design specifications and functions correctly.

+ Carry out Engineering Change Requests and maintain accurate PLM system data.

+ Support other departments and assist with new product design and prototype development.

+ Other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**

+ Associates degree (Bachelors preferred).

+ 3+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.

+ Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD (SolidWorks), SAP, ERP, and MRP systems.

+ Strong technical and mathematical skills.

**Pay Details:** $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
