Job Title: Field Service Representative - HP PC/Printer Break/Fix Technician Pay Rate: $28/hr on W2 Location: Greenville, SC Greenville SC 27835 United States Duration: $24/hr on w2 Job Summary: Provide on-site technical support for HP PC and printer products, including laptops, desktops, and workstations. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting, hardware repairs, and proactive maintenance while meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues for HP products.
- Perform installations, configurations, and preventive maintenance.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
- Manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Complete administrative tasks and adhere to business policies.
Requirements: - High School diploma (technical training or college preferred).
- Experience in hardware repair and customer-facing roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours.
