Responsibilities

• Work closely with the firm's lead Partners.
• Handle your own caseload of insurance coverage disputes.
• Attend State and Federal court on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants for case management conferences, motion hearings, non-jury trials, and post-trial collection efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Min of 4 years of insurance coverage experience.
• Strong academic background - including J.D. from ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Minnesota.
• Excellent writing and case management skills.
• Function both independently and within a team environment
