Job DescriptionUrgently Hiring!CNC Machinists- 1st ShiftHours: 7:00am-3:30pmJob Duties:- Studying design specifications and tolerances to determine machining requirements. - Setting up the CNC machine with the correct tools, workpieces, and programming the machine using CAD/CAM software to define the cutting paths. - Monitoring the machining process, adjusting parameters as needed, and ensuring the machine runs smoothly- Inspecting finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances are met. - Choosing the appropriate cutting tools for the material and operation, maintaining tool sharpness and replacing worn tools. - Identifying and resolving machine malfunctions or programming errors. - Loading and unloading raw materials onto the CNC machine. Job Requirements:- Understanding of CNC machining principles, cutting tools, and machine operations. - Proficiency in CAD/CAM software to create CNC programs. - Ability to calculate measurements, tolerances, and feed rates. - Understanding of machine mechanics and troubleshooting capabilities. - Ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of the machining process.
