Job Description

***Only qualified Portfolio Supplier Manager candidates located near the Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC or Richmond VA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

Required Education:

· Bachelor's degree Required

Qualifications

· Supplier/vendor management experience serving as the companies representative to technology service and product firms

· Information technology background including interaction with third party suppliers of technology and services

· Financial Institution experience.

· Demonstrated relationship management skills across both suppliers and internal stakeholders.

· Project management of data collection and reporting initiatives in a technical environment.

· Microsoft office products including Teams

· Advanced Excel skills; proficient PowerPoint skills; proficient Word skills

Responsibilities

· For assigned Enterprise Technology suppliers they will execute or support third party management activities including requirements gathering, sourcing engagement, risk analysis, and contract negotiations

· Additionally, they will execute relationship management, findings management, and completing ongoing monitoring activities for assigned suppliers

· Lastly resource may be asked to support initiatives which may arise to fulfill third party risk management program requirements.
