Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk Job Description We are seeking a dedicated warehouse candidate for a day shift position from 6am-2:30pm. The position is currently based in San Jose and will relocate to Fremont around June 2025.
Responsibilities - Operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Load and stage pallets for shipment.
- Assist with international shipping and logistics processes.
- Understand and prioritize work in progress (WIP).
- Support parts flow and inventory management.
- Ensure attention to detail in all tasks.
- Cross-train in various warehouse operations.
- Consistently lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with occasional lifting of 55-60 lbs.
Essential Skills - Basic Excel and computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn sit-down forklift operation.
- Familiarity with pallet jack usage.
- Knowledge of logistics or shipping and receiving processes.
- Comfortable with cross-training in different warehouse roles.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience with sit-down electric forklifts.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Work Environment The work environment is a warehouse within a production facility, working with a small team. The position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently, and occasionally lift 55-60 lbs. The dress code is casual and safety-focused.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
