Key Responsibilities

- Business Development: Lead efforts to expand the company's client portfolio, targeting new federal government agencies outside of the Defense while deepening existing relationships.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain and enhance operational efficiency, ensuring that service delivery meets and exceeds client expectations.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization, ensuring sustained profitability.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to federal government regulations, ethical business practices, and industry standards.
- Talent Leadership: Foster an inclusive and high-performing organizational culture, mentoring the executive leadership team and supporting professional development.
Qualifications: - U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain or currently hold a Top-Secret clearance.
- Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience in business intelligence, federal contracting, or consulting.
- Proven track record of growing a business and securing contracts in federal and commercial markets.
- Deep understanding of the federal contracting landscape, including Defense and adjacent agencies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, public administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
