About the Role : As a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will play a key role in driving sales and promoting our roofing services.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential customers
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Collaborate with the roofing team to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Commercial Roofing Sales experience is a MUST
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills :

  • Prior experience in commercial roofing sales
  • Knowledge of roofing materials and techniques
  • Proficiency in CRM software

Pay range and compensation package : Very competitive salary based on experience, plus commission and benefits package.
