For 60 years Maintainco has been a leader in the Material Handling lift truck and warehouse market. We represent the number 1 selling manufacture in the world. We work with companies large and small in all markets including warehouse and distribution, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, building materials, logistics, E commerce etc.Job Description & Responsibilities :The primary role of the Sales Coordinator is to support our Account Executives throughout the sales process.Responsibilities include:· Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information· Ensure the adequacy of sales- related equipment or material s/b accuracy ??· Store and sort financial and non- financial data in electronic form and present reports· Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness· Processing orders to internal departments after the sale has been made· Scheduling with customer deliveries of new and used equipment· Placing orders and maintaining status reports on all orders· Reconcile acknowledgment discrepancies and problem solving· Tracking product to warehouse or customers location and schedule small day-to-day deliveries· Answer phones and greet customers that come into the office.Desired Skills & Qualifications:Successful candidates must be able to work in a fast paced and deadline based environment and should have the following qualifications:· Exceptional Customer service Skills· Ability to multi-task and have strong verbal and written communication skills· Basic computer knowledge including all Microsoft Office programs, and possess the ability and willingness to learn new software· Experience with invoice processing and finance terms· Ability to work independently in a team environment· Task orientated with excellent organizational skillsCompany Description Family owned and operating since 1958Wide Variety of New and Used inventoryOffering Quality Brands: Toyota, Mitsubishi, Heli, Cascade3 Transportation Trailers & Large Rental fleet of over 500 assetsCertified & Experienced in-house and on-site techniciansParts Department equipped to fulfill any request.Multiple locations.
