Job Description Job Description Stance Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from potential and existing customers of our cable and internet provider clients. Your primary responsibilities will include order entry, answering inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a full-time, remote position with excellent earning potential and growth opportunities.Responsibilities:Answer inbound calls from customers of leading cable and internet providers.Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with callers.Accurately enter customer orders for cable and internet services into client systems.Answer customer inquiries regarding service options, pricing, and installation.Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate support teams.Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on service offerings.Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call volume, call handling time, and customer satisfaction.Adhere to all company policies and procedures.Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.Effectively manage a high volume of calls (80-100 calls per day).Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.Must possess a strong and reliable high-speed internet connection.Experience with order entry and/or cable/internet service is a plus.Technical Requirements:A reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps). Speed test results may be requested.A hard-wired internet connection is preferred for optimal performance.Must be able to connect the provided laptop directly to the internet router/modem.Ability to troubleshoot basic internet connectivity issues.Benefits:Competitive hourly wage: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour to start, commensurate with experience.Full-time employment (40 hours per week).Remote work opportunity.Paid training.Company-provided laptop and headset.Growth opportunities within the company.1st and 2nd shift availability.Shift Availability:We offer both 1st and 2nd shift options to accommodate different schedules.
