RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle commercial litigation and construction law matters with a high level of competence.
• Manage all aspects of litigation cases, from inception to resolution, with minimal oversight.
• Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, and legal documents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of experience in commercial litigation and construction law.
• J.D. from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida
