The role demands clear leadership, excellent strategic and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scientific research, the ability to work autonomously, and experience with launch planning and external collaborations. The position is office-based, with a requirement to travel up to 25% for meetings and conferences.
