Our talented teams work together, revolutionizing treatment, continually improving products, and understanding unmet needs.Main Responsibilities Be the trusted scientific partner to key external experts by conducting timely, appropriate and frequent scientific exchanges.Execute stakeholder engagement plans to gather data and develop medical insights.Keep abreast of medical and scientific developments in the therapeutic field.Recognize, record and share insights that deepen our understanding of the needs of patients and healthcare providers.Maintain effective communication among internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with regulations.Engage external stakeholders on medical and scientific information exchange.Establish robust, long-term peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.Support speakers training and respond to unsolicited requests for medical information.Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.Context of the Job / Major Challenges Operate independently and navigate complex regulatory environments.Substantial travel may be required.Effectively mediate complex opinions vs corporate policy decisions.Qualifications Advanced degree in a technical, scientific or medical field preferred.Experience/knowledge of benign hematology or immunology strongly preferred.Proficiency in digital tools.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Skills / Knowledge Actively listens and is adept at confidently stating expert opinion.Utilizes effective communication to cultivate strong working relationships.Demonstrates effective leadership skills and manages multiple projects.Deep understanding of local regulations and codes of practice.Experience Previous pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.2-3 years of prior MSL experience strongly preferred.Exemplary communication and presentation skills.Why Choose Us?
