The Financial Planning Assistant will work closely with various departments, assisting with financial planning, account management, and customer relationship management. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation for client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts and transactions.
- Help with service forms for clients.
- Submit applications for clients.
- Engage in customer relationship management to enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide assistance in financial sales activities by preparing presentations and materials.
- Organize client files.
Experience
- Previous experience in finance or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with financial services is a plus.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient with CRM software, specifically Salesforce
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual tasks efficiently.
