SUMMARY

This role will partner with internal team members, external agencies, and local branch clients to manage data tracking and attribution. As an Associate Web Analyst, this role will be using data to tell a story and drive meaningful insights and give strategic direction with ads across platforms, landing pages, etc. This role will be a key part in a growing marketing team and will play an important part in helping drive growth and optimization for us and our partners.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned.

  • Monitor business goal performance and identify digital property, channel and campaign opportunities.
  • Create and evolve automated website dashboards and reports providing key insights.
  • Drive new customer experience KPIs, metrics, tracking methodologies and data visualizations.
  • Effectively communicate results of analyses to business segment stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor the health of Pella’s digital properties and campaigns across all data sources, proactively identifying any accuracy issues and initiating corrective action. Proactive in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes on the website.
  • Recommend and implement advanced tracking and tagging on Pella web properties (pixel placement, UTM parameters, etc.) to ensure important actions/engagement are tracked and reported.
  • Partner internally and externally to ensure best practices in metrics and decision making are being maintained.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university
  • 3+ years of experience with website and digital advertising analytics
  • Familiarity with website analytics (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) required
  • Familiarity with Sales Force preferred
  • Experience in stakeholder communication and management (from business leaders to technical practitioners)
  • Ability to translate highly technical data/trends into business objectives/core impact
  • Provide strong organizational, project management, problem solving and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
  • Experience collaborating, presenting, and reporting to clients and stakeholders.


TRAVEL

The position will require 10% travel.
