We are looking to expand our management team! We're currently looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our fun, beer-loving family! Aside from working with a top craft brewery of Maryland, here's what you can expect in this position: You will oversee all aspects of front of house management, including but not limited to staff education, draft line maintenance and troubleshooting, scheduling, menu development, guest experience curation, inventory maintenance, reservations and guest correspondence, product knowledge and rollout, interviewing and hiring team members, accurate daily cash handling, and working closely with all other departments to make sure operations run smoothly!

Requirements: - Wednesday-Sunday shift + availability to work nights and weekends
- Certified Beer Server certification required within 60 days of hire
- Familiarity with local alcohol service laws
- TIPS certification within 60 days of hire
- 1-3 years service industry management experience (beer industry is a plus!)
- Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
