We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full Time Scheduler Checkout at our Digestive Disease Associates of Rockland in Pomona, New York.
The Scheduler Checkout Responsibilities are:
- Provides assistance, services, and care to patients by scheduling appointments, resolving problems, and handling payment and insurance information for patients by phone or in person.
- This position provides clerical and data entry support to the Care Center.
- This position requires a positive approach, ability to multi-task, flexibility, and a keen understanding of policies and procedures.
The
Scheduler Checkout must have the following qualifications and experience:
- High School graduate or GED.
- 1 to 2 year of medical office experience required
