We are looking for an accomplished Associate Attorney with a strong academic background and a minimum of three years of experience in civil litigation. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of civil and commercial cases from initiation through to trial, ensuring comprehensive case management and client service.
• Draft and respond to legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Lead the discovery phase, overseeing document production, interrogatories, depositions, and expert witness coordination.
• Conduct depositions and client meetings.
• Represent clients at court hearings, motion sessions, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to devise trial strategies, including preparing trial exhibits, witness lists, and legal arguments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 3-7 years of experience in civil or business litigation, including case management and trial preparation.
• Proven ability to handle sophisticated cases from start to finish, with a strong grasp of legal strategy and litigation procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on client relations and legal presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
