QualificationsRequired Experience
- Minimum 15+ years of tax law experience
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining a portable legal practice
- Extensive experience in:
- Individual, partnership, and corporate tax law
- Complex commercial transaction tax strategy
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) tax considerations
- Business entity structure planning
- Tax risk and opportunity assessment

- Experience in specialized tax areas:
- Affordable housing tax credits
