Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

Locations: Orange County, CA

Salary Range: $160,000 - $210,000 per year

4+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and respond to complex discovery requests.
• Handle motions and pre-trial preparation.
• Conduct witness interviews.
• Negotiate and communicate with opposing counsel.
• Argue motions or appeals.
• Conduct discovery conferences.
• Prepare for, defend, and conduct depositions.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of litigation experience in complex matters.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Outstanding academic credentials
