Area #45 covering the cities of Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Moorpark, Newbury Park, Oak Park, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village and Area #42 covering the cities of Canoga Park, Chatsworth, Encino, Lake Balboa, Reseda, Tarzana, West Hills, Winnetka and Woodland HillsPaid Training:

Must be able to train for 5 days Mon-Friday 9am-5:30pm in Woodland HillsPosition Summary:

Initially, a PT will evaluate mobility, strength and current level of function, while setting goals to improve balance, walking, transfers, as well as patient education. Unlike a rehabilitation setting or even an outpatient clinic, unique emphasis is placed on safe mobility in and around the patient’s residence. PT’s will also make recommendations on equipment and provide train on proper use of equipment.Requirements:1 year Physical Therapy experienceOpen to entry level or candidates with no prior home health experienceReliable TransportationCPR/BLS CertificationMust be available for one week of orientation and trainingBenefits Include:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, Holiday Pay and PTO (min of 24 visits per week)This is NOT a remote positionSalary is based on a FT schedule
