H2 Health is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide 1:1 care within our H2 clinic as well as nearby senior living facilities. Our ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and treating primarily the geriatric population and patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia. Education:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.Experience:

Prior experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant is preferred, and the therapist must have an indirect supervision license.
