Job Details

Requirements:No book of business is requiredAt least 7 years of estate planning, business, and/or tax experienceMust have Estate, Trust, and Probate Litigation experience (if you are no longer wanting to be a Litigator, that is okay with them! they just need someone knowledgeable in this to help mentor others.)JD Degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Oregon Bar, in good standing!Excellent Business/Client Development talent (you don't need to have a book of business, even though that's a plus!)Client-focused mentality, setting clear expectationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience managing a talented and experienced team, including Associates and legal staff, with the ability to delegate work efficientlyAn ability to manage a large volume of casesAn interest in the business side of the firm
