Job DetailsLeadership & Team Management: Mentor and guide a team of tax professionals while ensuring seamless integration of the newly acquired tax firm.Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and oversee the successful delivery of client engagements.Technical Expertise: Review complex tax returns and stay up to date on federal and state tax regulations to ensure compliance.Strategic Planning: Partner with senior leadership to execute growth strategies, optimize workflows, and expand business opportunities.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (advanced degree preferred), active CPA license, and at least 5 years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax leadership.
