Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (Danville, VA)We are hiring for a thriving private pediatric clinic located in Danville, VA, dedicated to providing exceptional speech and language therapy services to children of all ages. This team is passionate about helping children achieve their communication goals through personalized care, evidence-based practices, and a warm, supportive environment.Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join this team. In this full-time role, you will work closely with children and their families to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech and language disorders. The position offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule, with therapy sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the needs of each client.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric clientsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client evaluationsProvide direct therapy services to children, ensuring progress is monitored and goals are updated regularlyCollaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support client outcomesMaintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with clinic standardsParticipate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and positive clinic cultureQualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programValid Virginia state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language PathologistStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary teamBenefits:
