What You’ll Do:Develop and execute product roadmaps to grow revenue and margins while meeting market and customer needs.Serve as the strategic bridge between technical, marketing, and operational teams to launch innovative products and enhance existing offerings.Lead market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and propose impactful new opportunities.Collaborate with brand, promotions, and sales teams to drive exceptional product positioning and launch campaigns.Analyze financial, operational, and commercial performance to optimize product strategy and achieve business goals.Champion continuous improvement of product management processes and act as a cross-functional leader and mentor to the team.Travel opportunities up to 30% to keep you connected to our markets and customers
What You’ll Bring:10+ years of professional experience in product development, engineering, marketing, or sales, with 4+ years in Product Management.A proven track record of developing and launching successful products and managing their lifecycle.Strong leadership skills with the ability to align stakeholders, manage teams, and drive results within a matrix organization.Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the power to influence senior leadership and key decision-makers.A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Communication, etc.
