We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Service Manager for our HVAC division in the construction industry. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage a team of HVAC professionals, while also driving exceptional customer service and business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC service. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

Project management, scheduling, and asset managementManagement of costs, billings, and collectionsMaintenance of profitability goals and positive cash flowEvaluate contractual scope of workAnalyze financial reports and proactively address issues effectivelyPerforms cost estimates and supports sales on proposals and negotiationsManage and mitigate financial risks

Qualifications:
