Certified Respiratory Therapist
Cherrelyn Healthcare Center is looking to hire Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapists (RRT/CRT) to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide specialized care to our residents with respiratory deficiencies and abnormalities. Your responsibilities will include performing respiratory therapy, management, rehabilitation, and diagnostic evaluations.
Requirements:
Unencumbered registered or certified Respiratory Therapist authorized to practice
Minimum of one (1) year respiratory experience in a skilled nursing and/or acute care setting
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
Responsibilities:
Perform focused interviews to identify specific resident needs
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the resident's condition
Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members
Comply with PHI and HIPAA policies regarding any disclosure of resident status
Report changes in the resident's respiratory status to the Directors of Nursing and Respiratory Care

Pay: $27.00 - $36.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
Healthcare setting: Skilled Nursing/Acute care and Rehab services center
Shift: Coverage needed 7 days/week. 8-hour shifts, rotating weekends, regular 40-hour workweek
