A modern fine-dining Chinese restaurant set to open in the heart of Beverly Hills, lead by a distinguished celebrity chef.

We are looking for experienced BOH staff to join the opening team. 

Pastry Cook

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Minumum 2 years experience in pastry and dessert production, preferably in a fine dining or high-volume kitchen environment.

Duties & Expectations

• Full knowledge of the pastry menu, including ingredients, techniques, and plating presentations.
• Understanding general pastry techniques and principles.
• Ensuring all items are prepared to the highest standards.
• Produce high-quality desserts while adhering to portion control and recipe consistency.
• Ensure proper rotation and usage of products to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
• Maintain professional knowledge of cooking ingredients, techniques, and food safety procedures.
• Work effectively in both production and service settings, collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability for mid-shift, evening, and weekend shifts.
