Responsibilities:
- Make initial contact with prospects through referrals, demonstrated interest, or show home visits. Qualify prospects’ interest and ability to purchase homes.
- Maintain and update information in a customer management database
- Conduct sales presentation for prospective customers. Follow up with phone calls and e-mails. Prepare home purchase agreements and construction contracts. Assist with financing, if necessary.
- Follow up with clients during home construction to make sure their expectations are met.
- Track loans with mortgage companies and troubleshoot problems. Keep customers informed about loan status.
- Coordinate with the client before closing on the home; verify that all documents are complete, financing is in place, and there are no surprises at closing.
- Participate in the final house walk-through with the client.
- Maintain knowledge of community demographics and amenities: schools, local businesses, employers, parks, recreation facilities, etc.,
- Oversee maintenance of models and spec homes.
- Maintain relationship with Realtor community by actively seeking new business by networking and perform outreach to realtors
Qualifications
Licensed Georgia Real Estate Agent
Minimum 2 years new home sales experience
Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime
Ability to utilize applications on a smart phone, tablet, or PC laptop
Proficiency with MS Office and email
