We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Producer to join our team. Must have an active Producer Insurance License and have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance license.

Compensation:Base Monthly Income: $2500 split in two payments on the 1st and 16thPlus, 50% split commission on all new business salesPlus, $250 monthly bonus potential

Sales Skills:

Actively develop a lead pipeline and apply new business prospecting techniques to generate organic new businessExecute sales calls to automatically generated leadsQuote, calculate and discuss policy premiums and bind new business policiesMake suitable insurance recommendations on policy optionsDevelop a thorough understanding of the different types of products offered by Farmers, as well as underwriting guidelines for eachTrack daily prospecting and sales activities

Customer Service Skills:Actively develop and apply best practice customer service skillsA ssist customers to make policy changes as neededHandle billing inquiries as requested by customersRespond to customer claims situations appropriately and timelyDeal with customers in a fair and ethical manner.
