Job Details As a Consulting Chemist I (Medical), you will be responsible for the following:
1. Conducting complex chemical and physical laboratory tests, analyses, and observations.
2. Logging radionuclide for various medical and scientific applications.
3. Operating and maintaining sophisticated instruments such as the Gamma Camera.
4. Utilizing Microsoft D365 for data management, analysis, and reporting.
5. Collaborating with the Medical Group to develop and improve chemical processes.
6. Executing manual dexterity tasks with precision and accuracy.
7. Interpreting and analyzing data to identify trends, make recommendations, and drive decision making.
8. Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
9. Providing expert advice and consultation on complex projects.
10. Participating in the development and implementation of research methodologies and procedures.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
1. Bachelors or AA degree in a related field
2. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a chemistry laboratory, preferably within a healthcare or scientific industry.
3. Demonstrated experience with logging radionuclide.
4. Proficiency in using Microsoft D365.
5. Hands-on experience with Gamma Camera or similar equipment - not required
6. Experience working with a Medical Group or similar healthcare teams - not required
7. Excellent manual dexterity skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
