Job Details

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry.
2. Proven track record of managing subcontractors, risk management, quality control, safety management, and adhering to building codes.
3. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage projects effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and resolve conflict.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
6. Proficient in using construction management software and other relevant computer applications.
7. A degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
8. Certification in construction safety, quality control, or risk management is a plus.
