Founded over a decade ago and based in Houston, We are a Business Law firm. Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Transactional Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and will be responsible for advising clients on a variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, entity formation, and regulatory compliance. The attorney will work closely with clients to draft, negotiate, and execute complex business agreements while ensuring that all transactions align with legal and regulatory standards.
