Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Details

Requirements:

• 8+ Years Experience in Commercial Construction ($10M - $60M Project size is ideal)
• Experience with Public Works (School District Projects)
• Experience creating and assisting with look ahead and master scheduling
• Experience with any PM tools (MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, etc.)
• Determine methods of construction, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, and work schedules
• Experience managing general budgets and overall project costs
