Job Details

Our client is searching for a litigation attorney with 3 or more years of experience. Successful applicants will have experience in transportation law or general insurance defense litigation.


The following qualifications are necessary for consideration for this position:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a member in good standing with the PA bar.
3. 3+ years of experience in a law firm or similar legal environment.
4. Proven experience attending and participating in hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
5. Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Superior written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
9. Strong negotiation skills.
10. Proficiency in legal research software and platform.
