Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager seeking a new challenge? We are a leading construction company, renowned for our high-quality projects and our commitment to innovation. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical projects, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This is a full-time permanent position, offering competitive salary and benefits, and the opportunity to be part of a vibrant and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical projects from conception to completion
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Review work progress on a daily basis and adjust schedules or plans as needed
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain necessary permits and licenses
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, with a focus on electrical projects
• Licensed as a Electrician
• Experienced in commercial construction projects highly desired
• Project Management certification preferred
