5+ years of experience in a senior engineering leadership role with RubyExperience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale, complex software systemsStrong experience with several or more of Ruby, Python, Airflow, SQL, JS, and web frameworksExperience in multiple areas of software development such as backend, frontend, infrastructure, database design, etcMastery of software architecture patterns and principlesStrong understanding of software development life cycle, including agile methodologiesFluency in engineering best practices and methodologies, such as CI/CD, scrum/agile, TDD
