Our client is searching for their next attorney. They handle matters involving major transportation companies. They represent multiple large freight railroads, motor carriers, and other national and international transportation companies in both plaintiff and defense capacities.

Responsibilities:Develop claims and defenses based on facts presentedDevelop strategic direction for cases collaborativelyPrepare pleadings, motions, discovery, memorandaAdvocate for clients' interests in negotiations and in courtConduct and prepare for depositions, handle discovery disputesNegotiate settlement

Skills:Active Pennsylvania bar licenseCommercial litigation experience, federal preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
