Job Details

Ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of employment litigation, PAGA experience as well as wage and hour.

Requirements:4 – 8 years of experience defending federal and stateExperience handling investigations before the U.S. Department of Labor, the California Department of Industrial Relations, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC and other state and local human rights agenciesExperience appearing before the National Labor Relations Board regarding matters related to union organizing, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, union elections, and arbitrationsExperience handling employment litigation in federal and state courtJD from an ABA accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in California
