Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Resource Data Management:

Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Resource Data Management organization specialized in Utility Expense and Data Management, in alignment with company objectives.Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, strategy, delivery, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market needs, and business goals.Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives and board members.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:Education/ Certifications/ Experience:

Bachelor's Degree required in one of the following fields; business, engineering, or related field.Master’s Degree preferred in one of the following fields; business, engineering, or related field.10+ years relevant experience in product management.5+ years in a leadership role.May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirements.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing BtB consumer-facing products in the Financial, Energy and/or Sustainability Services industry.Exceptional skills in design and marketing, with a demonstrated ability to integrate these disciplines into product management to enhance the client experience and drive sales growth.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.Other:

WORK ENVIRONMENT:Work schedules are determined by business need and manager discretion; full-time employment is considered 40 hours per week.Health & Safety Working Requirements:

Incumbent may be exposed to frequent noise caused by telephones, office machines, and nearby oral communications among fellow employees.As a global organization, attending meetings and events during early mornings and evenings may be required.Performing duties and attending events during the evening and on the weekend occurs occasionally and may be required.Business travel may be required up to 10% of the time.REQUIRED PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:Extended Periods of Sitting:
