*Your Role as a BCBA at Compass:*

As a Compass BCBA, you will:
* Work with a small caseload of 6-11 clients, *allowing you to focus on quality over quantity.*
* Use evidence-based ABA and complementary practices to oversee treatment plans, train caregivers, and enhance family engagement to maximize impact and results.
* Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation using our streamlined systems.

You’ll have the opportunity to work in a *diverse range of settings* (home, community, and clinic) while receiving ongoing mentorship and support to grow professionally.

*Requirements:*
* Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility within one month of hire).
* Master’s degree in a related field.
* Driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience.
* Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
