Job Description, Culture / Events Coordinator:

This is an open full-time position within the Culture Department of Setna iO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take the lead or support planning of external special projects/events, meetings, and dinners.
• Organize and host internal events & team building activities
• Coordinate employee and customer gifts.
• Organize and maintain promotional merchandise storeroom.
• Host food and beverage services for client meetings and lunches
• Restock and help manage office employee snacks and beverage program.

Qualifications and Skills :

· Experience in event coordination and/or hospitality.

· Communication skills, both internally and externally.

· Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Willingness to show up on time and work efficiently without being micro-managed.

· Positive attitude, helping to foster an encouraging environment.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

· Ability to stoop, stand, climb, and lift a minimum of 25 lbs on a regular basis.
