The Oral Health Community Healthcare Worker is responsible for helping patients and community members navigate and access dental, community services and other resources while creating a welcoming and safe dental environment.

Monday - Friday

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid health care provider CPR/BLS Certificate

High School Diploma or its equivalent.

Experience working in a community-based setting for at least 1 to 2 years.

ADDITIONAL/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.

Understand the rural communities served.

Certified Community Health Worker with the Oregon Health Authority preferred, but training available
