Cisco ThousandEyes is seeking a dynamic Director of Product to define the strategy and vision for our Network & Application Synthetics product. As a leader in one of Cisco’s fastest-growing business units, you will own and evolve a product that has long been foundational to our success.Responsibilities:Define Product Vision & Strategy:

Shape and communicate a clear product vision for Network & Application Synthetics that aligns with ThousandEyes and Cisco’s long-term goals.Own Product Roadmap:

Create a compelling product roadmap that addresses customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies.Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and Cisco business units to bring products from concept to market.Customer-Centric Product Development:

Engage with customers to understand pain points and future needs, ensuring that products deliver exceptional business value.AI-Driven Intelligence:

Guide your team in leveraging data and AI technologies to drive predictive insights and recommendations for network performance improvements.Integration with Cisco Ecosystem:

Drive partnerships and joint initiatives across Cisco’s networking, collaboration, and security offerings, enhancing the value of our synthetic testing solutions.Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of leading enterprise/SaaS software products.Strong understanding of networking, cloud-based services, and/or application monitoring.Experience managing cross-functional teams, delivering products in high-growth environments.Passion for AI-driven solutions and solving complex user experience challenges through data and analytics.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated success in partnering with large enterprise teams and navigating matrixed organizations.Bonus Points
