Delaware North Travel is searching for a full-time Site Coordinator to join our team at Buffalo Airport in Buffalo, New York. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative and onboarding tasks.

What will you do?
- Create and deliver training programs, maintain training records, and provide reports on activities as needed
- Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up
- Assist with badge applications and certification management.
- Support the hiring process by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, and interviewing candidates
- Assist team members with their onboarding, new hire paperwork, and badging
- Escalate human resources issues to the proper person and team
More about you
- Experience as a training administrator or similar HR support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with onboarding or new hire paperwork preferred
- Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus
- No high school diploma or GED required
