We are seeking a skilled Engineering Technician to support the design, development, and testing of innovative hardware and software solutions. This role involves performing advanced testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring products meet exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced engineering tests, checkouts, and development tasks.
• Diagnose and isolate malfunctions to the component level.
• Analyze test results and implement changes to address issues.
• Conduct operational tests and fault isolation on development systems and equipment.
• Review project instructions and blueprints to determine test specifications and procedures.
• Devise, fabricate, and assemble mechanical components or assemblies for products such as industrial machinery, power equipment, and measuring instruments.
• Set up and conduct tests under operational conditions to gather data for development and quality control.
• Analyze test results in relation to design specifications, modifying equipment as needed.
• Record detailed test procedures, results, and recommendations for product improvements.
• Maintain software, documentation, and equipment in compliance with the latest revisions or specifications.
• Assist in hardware and software development required for customer product testing.
• Train technicians and operators on processes, products, and equipment.
