Four Winds Hospitals, A Leading Provider of Psychiatric Inpatient Services in Northern Westchester that treats children adolescents and adults, is seeking a *Assistant Nurse Manager*. A Nursing Clinical and Administrative leader of an inpatient unit.

Supports the Nurse Manager in providing clinical and administrative leadership. 3, 4 or 5 day full time work weeks – flexible scheduling.
* Along with the Nurse Manager is responsible for provision and management of a safe and therapeutic milieu for patients.
* Acts as a clinical role model providing leadership, teaching and supervision to unit nursing staff.
* Active NYS RN license and 2 years of nursing experience required.
* BSN preferred.
* Experienced based salary scale starting at $45.00 per hour. Night differential also offered.
