Locations available in Fort Wayne, Huntington, Warsaw, Kendalville, Columbia City, and Auburn plus a position in Bryan, OH as well.

*Schedule:*
* Hours: 40 a week
* Shift: Days
* Weekends: None

*Qualifications:*
* Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.

*Degree Requirements:*
* Bachelor’s degree required if graduated before 1/1/2016.
* Doctorate of Physical Therapy required if graduated after 1/1/2016.
* International candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred).

*Licensing:*
* Must hold or be eligible for a Physical Therapist license in the state where services will be provided.
* State licensure must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.

*Certifications:*
* Must be certified in CPR or obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment.
* Must maintain all certifications and licenses as required.

*Preferred:*
* Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.

*Driving Requirements:*
* If assigned to drive a company vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required.
* If using a personal vehicle, proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license are required.

*Physical Requirements:*
* Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with lifting up to 100 pounds, and push up to 300 pounds.

*Skills:*
* Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
* Some positions require the ability to go to different work locations as needed.
