Las Virgenes Unified is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to provide therapy services to students within our school district. The PT will work closely with students with a variety of needs, including those with physical disabilities, developmental delays, and other conditions affecting mobility and coordination. This position requires an individual with a strong clinical background who can collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our students.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s degree from a CAPTE-accredited university.
Active state-level licensure and/or certification OR ability to obtain.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides physical therapy services to exceptional education students.
Evaluates, screens, and observes students.
Write evaluation reports, progress notes, and individualized education plans.
Communicates and coordinates therapy with parents, teachers, and administrators.
Performs other related tasks as required.
